Pump and Motor Assembly
Centrifuge applications
and matching pump motor requirements.
The centrifuge can handle maximum particle size of 500
micron at the input. The centrifuge nozzles are .045
inches/ 1.15 mm. However, for the safety of the pump,
it is best if a suction filter of 100 micron is used.
The following centrifuge applications and the corresponding
pump/motor assembly for each application are listed. Pricing
is subject to change:
Dieselcraft Model OC-20:
uses an industrial quality gear pump mounted to a 1/3 hp
carbonator-style motor.
Pump
Features: 2.1 GPM maximum flow, 100 PSI maximum continuous pressure, all-bronze construction, bronze gears with stainless
steel shafts, carbon sleeve bearings, mechanical seal,
internal adjustable pressure relief valve (factory set for 90
PSI), ¼” FNPT ports, includes motor drive pin and motor
mounting clamp.
Motor
Features: 1/3 hp USA manufactured carbonator-mount motor,
115V-60Hz-1 phase, 1750 rpm, open, drip-proof enclosure, rigid
base mount, automatic thermal overload protection, no power
cord, reversible rotation.
Maximum Operating Temperature
of the pump is 210 degrees F/ 90c

Dieselcraft Model OC-200: uses an Oberdorfer® gear pump
Model N993 mounted to a 1 hp electric motor.
Pump
Features: 8.3 GPM maximum flow, 100 PSI maximum continuous
pressure, all-bronze construction, bronze gears with stainless
steel shafts, carbon sleeve bearings, Buna-N lip seal, 1/2”
FNPT ports, requires an external pressure relief valve or
by-pass valve to limit pressure to 90 PSI (pressure relief
valve or by-pass valve supplied by others). Includes the
motor coupling and C-face adapter to mount the pump to the
motor. By-passed fluid must be returned to the source tank or
pump inlet.
Motor
Features: 1 hp Baldor® electric motor, 115/230V-60Hz-1 phase,
1750 rpm, TEFC enclosure, 56C-frame with rigid base mount, no
power cord, reversible rotation.
Maximum Operating
Temperature of the pump is 210 degrees F.
