Diesel Fuel Purification Systems
A two-stage fuel treatment system to
get
Increased power and up to 5% more MPG.
Decreased smoke and
clogged fuel filters

Your permanent fuel quality solution to reduce 50% of engine problems that are fuel related.

Stage 1: The Separator

Inertia, surface area and residence time is the key in the Dieselcraft Purifier to separate the water and contaminants from the fuel. Dieselcraft systems use a layer of proprietary spherical ceramic media to increase surface area that aids in the water and large solids separation. This media is not intended to act as a filter but an inert filler to increase surface area. By increasing surface contact area with the fuel and water mix, water droplets come together to become larger and heavier where gravity can pull them to the bottom of the purifier. The impurities accumulate at the bottom of the purifier and remain there until the drain is manually opened. The clean fuel continues on into the fuel system.

The length of each unit is engineered to give the maximum residence time for the horse power or flow rate. Stand units are available but in the case of continuous and heavy water problems we can very simply calculate the best length for any application. Given the space bigger and or longer is always better.

Clean fuel will:

o Extend engine life

o Increase performance

o Save you money by reducing maintenance costs

Stage 2: The Stabilizer
This Strontium Ferrite "Fuel Stabilizers" will decontaminate and stabilize the diesel fuel without the use of chemical additives. PERMANENTLY!

Stabile fuel will:
o Reduce carbon buildup on pistons.

o Extend engine life by reducing abrasives that wear out engine parts before their time.

o Kill bacteria and mold that commonly grow in diesel fuel.

Most engine failures begin with the fuel in your tank.

Diesel fuel filters that do not last over 500 hours are an indication of fuel problems.

Diesel fuel problems will cause engine smoke, the loss of power, carbon buildup and eventually premature engine failure.

Diesel Fuel is organic and naturally degrade over time. This degradation, oxidation and repolymerization can start in as little as 30 days after the fuel is refined. The byproducts of this process create sludge, acids and bacteria that now are present in your fuel tank.

The use of chemical additives, though effective at times, may make problems worse. Add a biocide when you have a chemical problem and vice versa and you will create more problems in the fuel tank.

Only Dieselcraft Fuel Stabilizers can reset the clock on fuel instability and breakdown to keep it fresh and contaminant free. Dieselcraft will restore fuel to its refined state and ASTM specifications.

Most diesel engines return much more fuel pumped by the fuel pump to the tank than is burned as you run the engine.

Some engines return 80% to the tank. This re-circulating of the fuel is what allows Dieselcraft to induce a small electric charge into the fuel repeatedly. This continual pre-filter induction and polishing of the fuel by Dieselcraft is what keeps it stabile, sludge and acid free and your tanks clean.

Dieselcraft Fuel Stabilizers are easily installed between the tank and the primary fuel filter, have no moving parts and require no electrical connections. They require no maintenance. In most cases install in 30 minute or less and see clean fuel, less smoke and less of a chance of a chance of premature engine failure do to fuel related problems.

Bright clear, clean fuel is what your engine manufacturer specified…How does your fuel look?
