Diesel
fuel filters that do not last over 500 hours are an
indication of fuel problems.
Diesel
fuel problems will cause engine smoke, the loss of
power, carbon buildup and eventually premature engine
failure.
Diesel
Fuel is organic and naturally degrade over time. This
degradation, oxidation and repolymerization can start
in as little as 30 days after the fuel is refined.
The byproducts of this process create sludge, acids
and bacteria that now are present in your fuel tank.
The
use of chemical additives, though effective at times,
may make problems worse. Add a biocide when you have
a chemical problem and vice versa and you will create
more problems in the fuel tank.
Only
Dieselcraft Fuel Stabilizers can reset the clock on
fuel instability and breakdown to keep it fresh and
contaminant free. Dieselcraft will restore fuel to
its refined state and ASTM specifications.
Most
diesel engines return much more fuel pumped by the
fuel pump to the tank than is burned as you run the
engine.
Some
engines return 80% to the tank. This re-circulating
of the fuel is what allows Dieselcraft to induce a
small electric charge into the fuel repeatedly. This
continual pre-filter induction and polishing of the
fuel by Dieselcraft is what keeps it stabile, sludge
and acid free and your tanks clean.
Dieselcraft
Fuel Stabilizers are easily installed between the
tank and the primary fuel filter, have no moving parts
and require no electrical connections. They require
no maintenance. In most cases install in 30 minute
or less and see clean fuel, less smoke and less of
a chance of a chance of premature engine failure do
to fuel related problems.
